Refund policy

All Burned Out Cinema garments are produced individually on demand. Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. We encourage you to check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

If your garment arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at burnedoutcinema@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. We will liaise with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

European Union customers please note: while EU consumer law provides a 14-day cancellation right, this does not apply to goods made to order. As all Burned Out Cinema garments are individually produced on demand, they are exempt from this provision. Defective or damaged items will always be resolved regardless of location.
