By placing an order with Burned Out Cinema you agree to the following terms.
The Label
Burned Out Cinema is an independent clothing label operated as a sole trader registered in Australia. All garments are produced on demand by our manufacturing partner Printful.
Orders
All orders are final once placed. Because each garment is produced individually on demand, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have entered production. Please review your order carefully before completing purchase.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless your region has been automatically converted to local currency at checkout. Prices are inclusive of any applicable Australian taxes. International customers are responsible for any local import duties or customs fees.
Intellectual Property
All imagery, text, graphic elements and brand identity associated with Burned Out Cinema are the original work of the label. Reproduction, copying or commercial use of any visual or written material without written permission is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
Burned Out Cinema is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the original order.
