All Burned Out Cinema garments are produced on demand and require a production period before dispatch. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made before it enters the shipping network.

Estimated delivery times following dispatch:

Australia & New Zealand: 3–7 business days United States & Canada: 7–14 business days United Kingdom: 7–14 business days Mexico: 10–20 business days Brazil & Argentina: 14–25 business days Vietnam: 14–30 business days Thailand & Taiwan: 14–25 business days Japan & South Korea: 10–20 business days.

These are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Duties & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Customers based in China, India, Brazil, Argentina, Vietnam, Venezuela and Colombia should be aware that import duties in these countries can be significant. We recommend researching your local customs thresholds before placing an order. Special warning for Chinese and Indian customers, shipping and customs clearings times can be substantial and delays can be long. Please be aware of this information as you consider your decision to purchase. 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
